Mental Health & Wellness
April 12 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pmFree
Join the London Young Lawyers Group and our London Young Professionals’ Network partners for our combined Mental Health & Wellness in the Workplace event on Thursday 12 April at PWC More London Offices near Tower Bridge.
Young professionals in London often find themselves in fast paced and high- pressure workplaces. As a result, many risk facing mental health issues in the early years of their career. A stigma surrounding such issues and lack of support infrastructure within many organisations, can leave young professionals feeling unable seek help.
This event seeks not only to focus on the challenges surrounding mental health and wellness in the workplace, but to provide simple and effective preventative tools as well as methods of managing mental ill-health and highlighting existing support networks in London.
We are very lucky to have three incredibly talented speakers all of whom are authorities in their fields. Each will provide a short presentation on their specific area of expertise and will then collectively take Questions from the audience.
The formalities of the evening will be followed by a networking session, during which we hope that attendees will take the opportunity to chat with not only the speakers, but other representatives from some of the country’s leading mental health organisations and industry specialists.
Christopher is an executive wellbeing expert, having overseen many change programmes and organisational redesigns for global brands.
He regularly writes regularly for GQ and features for many other mainstream publications and broadcast outlets as an expert on corporate resilience and wellbeing.
In recognition of his standing in his field, Christopher has been invited to attend the House of Commons to debate the “future of mental wellbeing in the workplace” alongside MPs and Captains of Industry.
